Background
My work has involved looking at businesses through more than one lens: operating performance, risk, reporting quality and the financial structure around them. That makes me particularly interested in where a headline result diverges from underlying cash economics.

How I think about research
I prefer driver-led work that keeps assumptions visible and separates what is known from what is estimated. A model should explain a business, not bury it. A valuation should reveal the decisions inside it, not imply false precision.
